How long does my order take to ship?
Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business Sunbeka Photography * Art. All items are handmade or printed to order. Because of this, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume.
Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and packed within 3-5 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (seasonal launches, holidays), processing time may extend slightly. If this happens, you will be notified.
Shipping Within Ireland
Orders are shipped using An Post.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Post: 2–4 business days
Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days
Express Courier (when available): Next business day
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped.
Shipping to the EU
Orders outside Ireland are shipped via An Post International.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Northern & Western Europe: 5–7 business days
Central Europe: 7–10 business days
Southern & Eastern Europe: 10–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs or seasonal delays.
Tracking
Tracking is available on applicable shipping methods.
If tracking is selected, a tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
Customs & Import Tax (EU orders)
Some countries may apply import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within:
10 business days (Ireland)
20 business days (EU)

What is your return policy?
Returns & Refunds Policy
All items from Sunbeka Photography & Art are handmade or printed to order.
Because of the nature of art prints and handmade work, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Your name
Order number
A clear photo of the damage or issue
A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

Lost Orders
If tracking shows a parcel is lost or delivery is significantly delayed beyond:
10 business days (Ireland)
20 business days (EU)
please contact me so I can investigate with the postal service.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your address during checkout.
Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information cannot be refunded.
Custom / Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised artwork is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective on arrival.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment method.
